☘️ Happy St. Patrick's Day! ☘️

Well, I'm going to do a lazy post here and just tag Toby's post about it. I had some late afternoon / evening work emergencies to address and I never got around to making the minty brownies I usually make for St. Patrick's Day. I did finally get the vegetables in with the corned beef to finish off our dinner which we had later than I wanted to. It's 10:48 p.m. and I'm still taking work-related calls. The life I chose...

The corned beef and veggies were excellent and we enjoyed them. The vodka (and maybe brandy?) stinger is coming up as soon as I finally am able to call it a day.  

Well, now it's 11:25 p.m. and my calls are finished. I'm out people.
